Who are we?

The DY Bayside Brawlers are a group of 11- and 12-year-old boys that live in the communities of Dennis and Yarmouth. Many have been playing baseball since they were 5 years old and have developed impressive skills thanks to exceptional coaching and the DY Youth Baseball program. The team first came together in the summer of 2019 as two Dennis Yarmouth All Star teams and joined forces in 2021 to dominate all-star tournaments; including a Championship win at the Sandwich Summer Blast. Led by coaches Steve Burlingame, Dave McCarthy, Tim Sherry, Billy Terranova and Eric Beebe, the DY Bayside Brawlers are hoping to carry on a winning record at the Cooperstown Dream Tournament in August 2022.

How can you help?

The Cooperstown Dream Tournament is a week long experience in Cooperstown, NY, where the boys will play with some of the best little leagues in the country. The Brawlers will have the opportunity to represent their communities of Dennis and Yarmouth while doing what they love best, playing competitive baseball. In order for the boys to attend this once in a life time experience, they need your help! Your donation will not only cover expenses of staying on campus for a week, but will also allow them to purchase team gear, bats, Cooperstown swag, and of course trade the ever so popular pins! Trading pins with other teams is one of the biggest traditions at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The boys will not only leave with hundreds of pins, but with a lifetime of memories.
