Eight members of the Adrian College MD1 Hockey team have been selected to play for both Team USA and Team Canada in Carta, Romania from April 14-April 20 in the World Cup of University Hockey. Sheldon Nolan, Matteo DiGiulio, Matthew Dicesare and Noah Decottignies will be suiting up for Team Canada while Dakota Bohn, Samuel Spaedt, Sebastian Smith and Dylan Gajewski will be for Team USA.

Both Team USA and Team Canada will be meeting in Albany, NY, before the tournament, where each is set to meet their teammates, have practice, and eventually fly to Romania from there.

Transportation to Albany, NY is not being covered for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and the 8 Bulldogs selected are looking to rent a passenger van, a cargo van, and a few hotel rooms to split the 10-hour drive from Adrian.

We are looking to our friends, family, alumni, and hockey fans all over to help make this opportunity a reality for our bulldogs! All 8 Bulldogs are thankful for all of the support and for donations of any size! Our Dawgs representing both Team USA and Team Canada can't wait to make you proud! #DawgsFam
