Help send Sean Woods to YWAM London!

Hello friends and family!

I have some exciting news! As part of my gap year following my graduation from high school, I’ve been seeking how to best serve God while also trying to figure out what my career path may be. As such, I have applied to be a part of YWAM’s (Youth With a Mission) short-term internship program. I am pleased to share with you that I’ve been accepted into a video production internship with YWAM’s Radiant program in London, UK beginning this January, 2022! I will be there for almost 6 months, with my internship ending in May, 2022.

As an intern at YWAM’s London Radiant, I'll be training with them in filmmaking, while also serving in various other ministries that happen within the base like local evangelism/outreach in and around London, participating in weekly lectures, serving hot meals to the homeless, participating in/producing art for an arts exhibition for the community, and serving with the media team for the local base and church.

This YWAM base’s mission is to train young people like myself to use their art as a tool to break down barriers where the name of Jesus is considered taboo, and to help people see their Creator more clearly in the hope of bringing transformation to the people we encounter in order to bring them closer to knowing Him. There are a variety of artform training concentrations at the base, and, of course, they have a specific concentration dedicated to filmmaking/video production which I am very excited to be a part of. My ultimate goal for my time is to learn to use my passion for filmmaking for helping people who have yet to know Jesus to see Him more clearly, to serve God and His people, and to grow further in my faith as I seek God’s will for my life. I can’t express how excited and thankful I am for this opportunity!

As I will have to raise my own support to participate in this program which is around $6,000, I would be very grateful if you’d prayerfully consider partnering with me financially in this mission.
