Hello, my name is Kelsey Bowers… I am starting this gofundme because there has been a unexpected loss. Raymond Reigle was involved in a serious car crash with life threatening injuries. Raymond remains on life support and confirmed to be brain dead… This is a hard time for their family so any and everything help. All

the money will be going towards the funeral and bringing him back to Winchester, Virginia.
