On February 21, 2022, the Raj family of Fiji Islands was devastated by the tragic news that their only son, Rahul, had passed away.

 

Rahul came to the United States in March of 2020 and called the Seattle area his home. During his time here, Rahul endlessly spread his unforgettable smile to the faces of many. He had a passion for cooking and had the potential to be an amazing chef one day. He was a man with big dreams, and he fought to make them a reality. Rahul always embraced every opportunity with an open heart and mindset. Unfortunately, Rahul fell short on time to seek out all his ambitions.

 

Rahul does not have immediate family in the United States, and Rahul's family's request is to have the body sent back to Fiji to perform funeral services with his loved ones. Our goal is to meet his family's request and have the body sent back to have the proper services for their only son. 100% of all donations will be given to the family to cover the expenses of getting the body to Fiji and any additional costs they have once they start the funeral services. We will be closing the fundraiser on Monday 28th and withdrawing funds with permission from Rahul’s sister, Pooja Raj. 

 

Rahul, you will forever be remembered, little brother. RIP
