Help Send Paden 5th Graders to Science Camp!

Paden Elementary is a Title 1 public school on the west end of Alameda. Science Camp is an annual highlight for 5th graders, and in addition to providing well-grounded science education, serves as a lasting memory of their time together at Paden School. Not everyone can afford to go to camp, but year after year, Paden parents have worked hard to raise enough money so all students can attend. This year, the fundraising need is coming at a hard time. the PTA is in the process of reorganization and doesn't have the bandwidth to take this on, and families who already have tight budgets are struggling with inflation and the end of covid related supplemental income.

We anticipate that up to 25 students may need full or partial scholarships in order to attend. We have already raised $4,500 and with your help we can make the adventure come alive for all our 5th graders! Please donate today!
