My name is Mrs. Chavis. My co-teacher Mrs. Rountree and I are trying to take our 5th grade class to Discovery Kingdom for educational days on May 17, 2024. We just found out that the school did not have enough money to pay for the field trip. We don’t want to break the news to our students until we have exhausted all possibilities.

Our school is a Title 1 school and our budget is very limited. The students really wanted to go on this field trip and we are really trying to raise the money.

The cost of the ticket is 37.92 per student. I have 34 students in my class and there are 29 students in the other class. Sponsor a student or any amount would be greatly appreciated.
