Help Send Our Kids to Kidwind Nationals 2023

Donation protected
As a parent of one of the kids that qualified for this National alternative energy competition after placing at the regional and state level, I am pulling this together to help raise funds to send ALL of the students to Boulder CO to compete May 14th -18th.

Key Points
  • This is the best showing Isle of Wight County Schools has ever had in this competition. 4 teams (3 high & 1 middle school) scored 1st or 2nd at the state level.

  • We need a total of $25,000 to cover 26 people for travel, food and lodging. We need $6,000 of goal by April 24th to confirm hotel rooms.

  • Funds raised here will be combined with what we can get from the school system and any sponsorships we can secure.

  • IF we exceed our fundraising goal, those dollars will be used toward future competition expenditures.
