Help send Michelle to the Mayo Clinic

Michelle Hagewood has been battling severe medical issues for the past three years. She has been hospitalized 30+ times for aspiration pneumonia and sepsis, that has almost claimed her life multiple times. She’s been seen at several of the areas top hospitals, along with a host of specialists, all to find no one has any answers.

She  is on a feeding tube because  doctors don’t want her to eat or drink anything by mouth, EVER again. No food, no water, nothing.  The feeding tube is not covered by insurance. She is no longer able to drive, so family and friends help her travel to the transfusion clinic once a week, where she is given IV fluids and vitamins needed just to stay alive. 

The doctors put her on palliative care, advising that she has only two years left, unless they figure out whats causing these issue's. 

Shes been referred to, and  accepted at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. This has given  all of us hope, but they require a substantial financial deposit just to see the doctors. That’s not including any testing, or the seven to ten day required stay, or transportation to get there .

This may be her final chance at finding a way to save her life. She is a fighter, and she has so much more love and friendship to share!  We need help to get her to Rochester and the Mayo Clinic where she will finally get the help that she so desperately needs to survive.
