Hi, my name is Brody Chipman and I have the opportunity to compete at US National Championships at Sun Valley, Idaho April 1st-5th. I am from Cambridge, Vermont, and went to high school at Proctor Academy in Andover, NH. After graduating last spring, I decided to take a gap year to pursue skiing another year. This would be no easy task as I had to fund the entire thing alone. Ski racing takes a toll financially; competing comes at a price. Whether it's summer camps, race fees, or even ski resort lunches, it's worth every penny. I was fortunate enough to come back to Proctor for my post-grad year. I couldn't pass that opportunity up. Through the ups and the downs this season I am grateful to be given this opportunity. Any support is appreciated whether it's donations or just getting the word out to friends and family. With your help, I will be able to compete with some of the best skiers in North America representing Proctor.
