My name is Aidan Kunst, and I'm an aspiring sports journalist. I've covered my high school sports teams for local papers, I run a blog covering Notre Dame football, and I write about the New York Knicks for Empire Sports Media. Now I've been accepted to the School of New York Times  for a two-week summer intensive in Sports Media. My parents are covering half the cost, and I'm seeking your support to help me get the rest of the way.

I think I can learn more about sports journalism and ultimately grow as a writer. It's a profession that has fallen on hard times, but it's one that I have a passion for and that I want to pursue. New York is where I was born and where so many iconic sports stories have begun. The opportunity to return to this special place where so many of my first memories with sports occurred would be once-in-a-lifetime. Thank you so much for helping me get there!
