Hi there!! My name is Avery, and that is my horse Riley. That is a picture of us winning our VERY FIRST blue ribbon just last week at the Massachusetts Morgan Horse Show, exactly one year after our very first horse show together. We have come a long way in one year! I ride three times a week and spend all weekend in the barn taking care of the horses. It is my dream to win a World Championship, so that is what I'm working towards! By winning my class last week, I qualified to attend the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show in Oklahoma City at the beginning of October. My Mom said I could go, but we need help getting there. Turns out that bringing your horse and your brother halfway across the country for ten whole days is pretty expensive. Any money we raise will be put towards shipping Riley, airfare for my brother, mother and I, somewhere for us all to stay (including Riley), as well as entry fees for the horse show.
