Help Send Judah to the Junior Olympics August 2021

Hello! My name is Judah Weesner.

Two years ago, I started running cross country for a hobby and extra curricular activity. This year I began running track with the High Point Blaze Track Club. This club has really pushed me to work harder and set new goals to push me further in my running capabilities.

On July 3rd and 4th I competed in the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Region 25 Track and Field Regionals. Region 25 is my home state of North Carolina. Only the top 6 student athletes per event are allowed to move on to the 2021 AAU Junior Olympic Games in Houston, TX. I qualified to race all three of my events: the 800 meter, the 1500 meter, and the 3000 meter.

I started running two years ago. I run every day, completing over 30 miles per week. When I heard about the Junior Olympics, I strived to attain the honor of going. Now I am excited that I have this opportunity, but I need your help to get me there...

My costs will be:

$800 airfare for myself and my dad

$350 rental car

$1,000 hotel room for 7 days (August 1 - August 8)

$175 food

$2,325 TOTAL
