Help Send Jolie to Under-24 World Ultimate Championships!

Hey! My name is Jolie Krebs, and I was recently honored to be selected for the Under-24 National Women’s Ultimate Frisbee Team to represent Team USA at the 2025 World Ultimate Championships! I am one of 72 players who were chosen out of 600 applicants across the country. This will be my first experience on a National team, and I can’t wait to represent my city, my teams, my community, and my country! The tournament takes place June 21-28 in Logroño, Spain, where I will compete with 23 amazing players against various international teams in the hopes of a world title.

I am beyond thrilled for this opportunity, however it comes with some pretty significant costs. USAU only covers the cost of jerseys and team fees, and the rest is paid for personally. Here’s the breakdown of anticipated costs:

National Team Costs:

• 2025 USAU Membership Dues $70

• Housing/Fields/Food (US Training Weekend) $300

• Transportation to US Training Weekend $0 - 400

• US Team Coaching and Medical $600 - 800

• Tournament Player Fee $400

• Housing/Fields/Food (Training Camp) $600 - 800

• Housing/Food (Tournament) $700 - 800

• Transportation to/from TC/Worlds (flight, bus) $1,600 - 1,900

• Additional food/snacks $100

• Souvenirs (optional - discs, apparel, etc.) $100

APPROX. TOTAL $4,470 - 5,670

I am fundraising with a goal of $5,000, which is right in the middle of the estimated costs. While exciting, this commitment is incredibly expensive, and so any support would be greatly appreciated! If you are not in the position to donate, even just sharing this page would be super helpful :)

A little about me as a player:

I started playing Ultimate in my senior year of high school at the Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn, New York. There, I was introduced to a sport that would soon become one of the most important parts of my life. After a short hiatus due to COVID, I rejoined the sport in my sophomore year of college at SUNY-Binghamton with Big Bear, captaining the team in my junior and senior years. I began playing mixed club in 2022 with New York XIST, and joined the semi-professional league with New York Gridlock in 2024. Just this past fall, I studied abroad in Valencia, Spain where I played with the Murciélagos.

I feel beyond lucky to have found this sport and for the many different opportunities I’ve had to play. Thank you to everyone who has supported me in my ultimate frisbee journey thus far, I hope to make you all proud on the world stage!
