Help send Jets to the World Powerlifting Meet

Jets Barbell is a non-profit (501c3) strength team based in Shreveport Louisiana and includes different ages and genders with different abilities. Everyone is welcome to train and compete with us in a variety of strength events including Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, fitness contest like CrossFit, and Strongman events. These athletes are Special Needs competitors that have qualified to compete in the AAU Powerlifting World Championship and fitness finals being held in Las Vegas. This is a huge accomplishment for any athlete, and being Special Needs athletes is even more exceptional. This is a group of truly amazing athletes that train every week, and are an inspiration to be associated with. Please help in being the difference. Any amount donated is huge, and if it’s not in your budget, please share this, and share it often. I’m their coach, and I’ve coached athletes at every talent level, in multiple sports, and normally wouldn’t try to appeal for a huge donation, but I myself am handicapped. I’m currently on a heart transplant list, and must be on an IV infusion 24/7 to my heart. This group inspires me to get better and keep going. Please make a difference. In total, 12 athletes, and parents need to not only travel across country, which is added stress to many, but with entry fee and hotel, many can’t afford it. It’s a shame to qualify and stand a great chance in a once in a lifetime opportunity to compete, and be excluded by money
