Chef Amber DiGiovanni has been selected to represent the State of Missouri in the 2017 Great American Seafood Cookoff August 5th in New Orleans. She will compete against 11 of the greatest American Chefs in the most prestigious seafood competition in the country. She is the first ever Chef from Missouri and if she wins she will be the first female in the history of the competition to win. It is a really exciting opportunity to get involved and show your support!
Please give in whatever amount you are able. $10, $25, $50 or even more! Every doller will help offset the expenses which are all out of pocket for her.
Expenses include transportation, hotels, ingredients, meals and also getting her Assistant/Sous Chef William Forster to the competition as well. Time is of the essence as the competition is August 5th. Please choose your support level today.
Level 1: Every gift of $50 will receive an autographed cookbook of hers: Midwestern Soul Food©.
Level 2: The first 15 gifts of $100 will receive an autographed cookbook of hers: Midwestern Soul Food© and the same cookbook on dvd.
Level 3: Each gift of $500 will receive a Cooking Class Dinner Party for 4 and bonus wine tasting (in the Kansas City metro).
