When Covid first hit I was working full time. Rapidly, my oldest daughter had to switch to virtual learning and my youngest daughter's daycare center shut their doors. When the daycare sent word that they had closed their doors for good, I went from essential worker at a retail pharmacy to stay-at-home Dad.
With money I got from unemployment I started online classes to go back to school online. As a nontraditional student I had the chance to finally finish my bachelor's in my forties. This was an opportunity I thought I'd never be able to take. Dad by day, student by night. After more than a year of online classes, I am one class away from graduation. Unfortunately I am out of benefits, out of financial aid, and out of options. I've tried everything I know but I'm at a loss for how to fund this last class.
I'm looking for help for education costs to cover tuition, fees, and books so I can secure a degree to improve my earning potential. Any help would be appreciated.
