Hi, my name is Selene. On Christmas Day 2020, my life changed forever. What was supposed to be the start of a joyful family vacation ended in tragedy when I crashed into a tree while sledding. In an instant, I was paralyzed.
Since then, every day has been a fight — not just physically, but financially. My parents have carried the weight of my care, but with time, age, and the overwhelming cost of medical bills, equipment, and daily needs, it has become harder and harder for us to keep up.
You can learn more about my journey here: Watch Selene's Story on Fox News!
I dream of regaining more independence — like being able to leave the house safely with a wheelchair-accessible car/ramp — but these things come at an incredible cost. Our goal is to raise $150,000 to cover my ongoing medical care, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, and the daily expenses this accident has placed on my family.
I’m asking for your help. Your donation, no matter how small, brings me one step closer to living with dignity, mobility, and hope. Together, we can lift some of the weight off my family’s shoulders and open doors that today feel closed.
Thank you for reading my story, for sharing it, and for believing in my future!
