On Friday the 13th, my life changed in an instant when I was involved in a head-on collision. The accident was the other driver’s fault, but unfortunately, they didn’t have insurance, and my own insurance can’t cover the damages. Since the wreck, I haven’t been able to work, and I’m now facing surgery with a high co-pay just to get started on my recovery.

This situation has put a huge strain on my family.
