Hi, My name is Selena Marmon - thank you for taking the time to check out my GoFundMe me post!

I am just completed my Sophomore year at South Medford High School in Medford, Oregon. I am fortunate enough to have the exciting opportunity to travel to Europe this summer, along with other students in my age group. Being given this opportunity means so much to me, as it is an amazing chance to encounter new people and learn about the art and culture of a foreign country. Traveling has always been something I am passionate about, and it would mean so much if you could help me to achieve this experience of a lifetime. Europe has been a dream destination of mine since I was little and it thrills me to get out of my small town in Medford, Oregon and experience Europe’s many places of historical significance. Not only this, but having the chance to make life-long friendships with people I'm traveling with is so exciting. This trip is through EFT (Education First Tours), so at every stop we will learn an educational lesson about the history and culture of these beautiful cities. We will visit 10 different cities and experience their many wonders, as well as go on 10 sightseeing tours led by expert guides. This trip will take me to both Italy and Greece. I'll get to see the canals in Venice, cathedrals in Florence, and ancient monuments such as the Colosseum in Rome. In Greece, I'll visit the Acropolis and the Ancient Olympic Stadium. This trip was supposed to take place last year, however was cancelled due to Covid-19. Being given another chance to take this trip is very exciting. Your donations will help me cover traveling costs, lodging, and other tour expenses. Any and all donations get me closer to my goal of taking this trip.
