Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for support. My precious baby girl was born at just 24 weeks and 2 days, facing the severe challenges of extreme prematurity.
Since her birth, she has been receiving around-the-clock care, and our lives have been a whirlwind of medical procedures, constant vigilance, and unyielding hope. As a single mother, the journey has been incredibly challenging. My little fighter has been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), conditions that require intensive and specialized care. For the past four months, she has been under the dedicated care of the wonderful team at Cohen's Children's Medical Center. Despite their best efforts and exceptional care, her journey now requires us to seek further treatment at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, renowned for their expertise in managing her complex condition.
Being her sole caregiver, I have been unable to work, dedicating all my time and energy to being by her side. The financial strain of medical bills, travel expenses, and the costs associated with her care is overwhelming. Additionally, we need to secure a new apartment closer to the hospital to ensure she has a safe and stable environment for her recovery. I am humbly asking for your support to help cover these expenses and ensure that she gets the best possible care in Cincinnati.
Your generous contributions will go towards: - Medical expenses not covered by insurance - Travel and accommodation costs for the move to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital - Expenses for securing a new apartment - Daily living expenses to support us during this challenging time Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in my baby girl's fight for health and strength. I am immensely grateful for your kindness, prayers, and support. Together, we can give her the best chance at a healthy future. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Here’s a rough breakdown to help you determine a goal:
1. Medical Expenses: $20,000 - $50,000 (depends on coverage and out-of-pocket costs)
2. Travel and Accommodation:$5,000 - $10,000 (for initial relocation and ongoing travel)
3. New Apartment: $15,000 - $30,000 (first and last month’s rent, security deposit, and moving expenses)
4. **Daily Living Expenses: $10,000 - $20,000 (for at least 6 months of support)
