Help seek legal justice & bring Jesus home

Hello, my name is Mithzy, and I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of Jesus De Ita.

Recently, our family has been going through so much in such a short amount of time. We are saddened to say that our beloved Jesus was taken by Immigration and Customs Enforcement while working at his job.

Jesus is a hard-working young man who did as much as possible to support his family. With his father passing away, Jesus strived to be a good son and help his mother. Life has not been easy for Jesus, because even more recently, Jesus also suffered the loss of his younger brother in an accident.

To help motivate and sustain his family after so much tragedy, Jesus focused on work so that he could be the support system at home. Unfortunately, he never imagined that showing up to his job would lead him to fall victim to ICE.

It is heartbreaking to know that the leaders of our country are targeting our people. The people who get up every day to work hard and earn a living, the ones who pay taxes, the ones who make America great, the ones who have lived in the US for years! Jesus is not a criminal, and I know that the majority of immigrants who are wrongfully being detained are not criminals either.

For those of you reading this, I beg you to have empathy and help our family cover the costs of hiring an immigration attorney and pay for bond so we can bring him back home.

Jesus came to the United States when he was just a newborn. His whole life is here, his job, his dreams, and his loved ones. Our family needs him here, my aunt NEEDS him here. We cannot manage to lose him to deportation when our family has already experienced so much loss.
