SJBHA Annual Get-Together 2025

Hey everyone! It's time to start planning the SJBHA Annual Get-Together for 2025! We're looking forward to another great time catching up, gaming, and hanging out at Guildhouse in San Jose.

Event Details:

Location: Guildhouse, San Jose

Date: Saturday, June 21st, 2025 (tentative)

⏰ Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (3-hour event)

Fundraising Goal:

To reserve a section at Guildhouse, we need to raise $360 in full before April 1st, 2025. If we can't meet the full amount by this deadline, we may scale back or cancel the event.

Suggested donation: $10 per person

Fundraising is happening through GoFundMe.

Food & Drinks:

Food will NOT be provided. However, Guildhouse offers food and beverages for purchase if you’d like to grab something while you're there.

The event date is tentative and MAY change, but historically, our annual get-together has taken place in the summer on a Saturday afternoon.

The full fundraising amount must be raised by April 1st, 2025. If we do not meet this goal, the event may be reduced or canceled.
