Help Secure Housing for Ben and Leo

Hi, my name is Ben, and this is my cat Leo.

He's been my constant companion for the past 12 years, and right now, we're facing homelessness in less than a week. I'm autistic and have additional disabilities that make it difficult to maintain employment. Job interviews are especially challenging, as the social dynamics, sensory overload, and communication barriers that come with autism make it hard to showcase my abilities in traditional settings. Despite my qualifications and desire to work, I recently lost my job due to disability-related issues. I have less than a week to vacate my current apartment, and without immediate help, Leo and I will be facing homelessness.

I'm actively searching for work and applying to jobs daily while trying to find opportunities that accommodate my needs. But this process takes time. As for Leo, he isn't just a pet. I raised him since he was little, and he's like a son to me. He's also my emotional support and helps me navigate daily life with autism. The thought of losing him or both of us ending up homeless is unbearable.

I'm seeking help to cover housing costs for at least a few months while I continue my job search, which will likely cost over $3,000, plus additional funds for things like a security deposit and basic necessities.
