Help secure emergency custody for my friend.

My friend trying to divorce her husband right now. He is abusive and she’s trying to save up so that she can get temporary full emergency custody (TFEC) of her daughter before the separation period is up. TFEC is so she can have a say in when he can and cannot see their daughter. This makes it so he can’t run off with their daughter and bring her home late whenever he wants like he’s been doing. My friend needs to get 3,500 dollars for just the lawyer but when the actual divorce comes around she may end up with more expenses if her ex fights for custody. Anything helps here
