Help Secure Audrey's Future in Memory of Tara

As many of you know, my beloved wife, Tara Hoffman, passed on 7/12/25 after a 2-year battle with cancer. She leaves behind our amazing 20-month-old daughter, Audrey, and myself (her husband, Joe).
While Tara was pregnant with Audrey, she got very ill and couldn't hold down any food or liquid. Doctors just believed it to be a symptom of the pregnancy. During her FOURTH trip to urgent care to get emergency fluid replacement, they finally did further tests and determined that she had a 100% blockage in her colon from a cancerous tumor. The very next day, right at the beginning of her second trimester of pregnancy, Tara underwent an emergency life-saving surgery to remove one foot of her colon. The surgeon had to skillfully work around Audrey in the womb in a very high-risk operation and was successful in removing the portion of her colon with the tumor, all while protecting the womb. Immediately upon healing from the surgery, Tara began chemotherapy treatments while still pregnant with Audrey. Through Tara's amazing strength, she was able to carry Audrey to full term and a healthy birth. Tara continued battling through 33 total chemotherapy treatments, liver surgery, two separate proton radiation treatments, and multiple double immunotherapy treatments. We also traveled across the country two separate times (New York and Maryland) to visit some of the best cancer treatment centers in the world. Through it all, Tara maintained an incredibly positive and hopeful attitude. She was always smiling and kind through all of her treatments and inspired every caretaker she encountered.
Many people have reached out asking how they can help. My number one fear right now is how I will navigate Audrey's future without her mom. Please consider donating what you can. This money will be used for an investment fund for Audrey, so that I can work to give her the life that her mother would have provided and wanted. Thank you all for your help.
