Help Secure a New Computer for Financial Stability

I just entirely lost my financial security, and my computer is in the process of dying a slow death. It has frozen and locked up several times over the past week, and it is my way to make money. I use it to do my commission work, and without a computer to work on commissions on, I have no way to bring in money. A computer is very necessary. I also need it to contact my social circle, and for most of my recreational activities.

I want to be able to get a fairly high-end PC capable of gaming, because I do work on huge canvases with a lot of layers. That, and gaming is one of the things I do to calm down and de-stress, so having something nice will help with my mental health and help me keep my spirits high during this rough time.

I was supposed to get a new computer last year, but things kept getting in the way, and now it's become urgent.

Any amount helps! The one I am looking at is around $1700 (With tax and all of that taken into consideration) but I have the goal a little bit higher since I want to be able to cover my portion of rent and food if my computer dies and I am unable to continue making money.
