Hi All, this has taken a lot of sucking up my pride to reach out for help, but I wouldn’t do this if it wasn’t necessary. Back in June 2025 I reached out for help due to heavy constant Anxiety attacks. I was prescribed Celexa by my OB & first day of taking them I had a horrible decline in my mental health due to the anxiety medication having a bad effect on me while pregnant. I was in and out of crisis units and emergency rooms for two weeks before I was hospitalized in UCSF for about a week and a half. After returning home, reality hit that this place was a huge reason for my mental health decline also. It had an emotional and mental toll on me, and I decided the best bet for me and my children was to leave that situation altogether, as it was starting to affect them as well. With this being said, we have been from hotel to hotel since then with a small gap in a shelter. The shelter unfortunately did not work out for us. Being a mother of two girls, & very limited resources given to me, it became clear that was not a comfortable, realistic place for us. Back in a hotel since beginning of August, I have spent $1500-$1700 just on hotel stays in the month of August and September.. It has become financially draining. I was able to apply for an apartment and was approved with a move in date of 9/30 (tomorrow) unfortunately the apartment leasing department hasn’t been very responsive & that has now resulted in me not being able to get the rental assistance the county was going to help with due to not having the lease on hand yet. all my funds have gone straight to this hotel this month. We’ve literally been making something out of nothing the last few months and it’s been beyond stressful. I know times are hard for a lot of people right now, but we need a stable home, once we get that things will start falling into place & financially we will be okay again. Unfortunately I can’t do much when I’m spending my monthly income on monthly stays in hotels, even the crappiest hotel is expensive & would much rather be spending that money on our own home that we don’t have to pack up and leave every month.

anyways with all of this being said,

I am in need of help with the security deposit as well as some of the first month's rent and some of many necessities for me and my babies. Many of you know I am expecting The very beginning of November and this has been an extremely stressful pregnancy due to everything falling apart at once, but I have been trying my hardest and giving it to god. I truly believe he is the reason I have made it this far and I can only continue to give thanks to him.
