Help Secure a Home for Buddy and His Owner

Hello. Most of you know me.

I'm seeking funds for inspections and title fees and any other surprise costs that pop up.

The home that i am buying is a mother-in-law unit that the family no loner needs. It's only just 884 square feet, but it has a fenced yard for Buddy. (And whoever becomes his playmate.)

The home is going to be perfect for a single old man and his animals.

But, SURPRISE, there are fees and inspections that i need to pay for as the buyer. And SOON! Anything extra will be spent on the animals. :)
