Grandpa Scott here with the story of a brave young man of 6 with HLHS. Sebastian is an energetic boy who loves Thomas the Tank Engine and anything to do with trains. Unfortunately, his journey has led to the need for a heart transplant in Pennsylvania. Mom and Dad are going to need lots of support and assistance with transportation (they live in Maryland) and childcare for Sebastian's twin sister and 2-year-old brother as they travel between home, work and the hospital. Family is spread from Connecticut to Florida and help when they can but are limited due to the distance.
