Help Seb Heal Without the Worry: Support for a Much-Loved Musician

Hi everyone,

My name is Michelle Thomas, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my husband, Seb Thomas — a self-employed musician, a passionate workaholic, and an all-round kind-hearted soul.

On Thursday, Seb was rushed to hospital and underwent emergency gallbladder removal surgery. While the operation went well, he now faces a crucial recovery period of at least 4-6 weeks.

Further to this, today we were informed of the worst case scenario that there are still stones blocking the bile duct causing infection and this will require another procedure and possibly a longer recovery time.

As many of you know, Seb’s work as a musician often involves lifting heavy equipment and long days that are physically demanding — things he simply can’t do while he heals.

Seb is not one to sit still. He’s already itching to get back to work, but those who know him also know how easily he’ll push himself too hard, too fast. That’s why I’m hoping we can ease some of the financial pressure so he can take the time he needs to recover properly — without risking further injury.

We’re reaching out to friends, family, fellow musicians, and anyone whose life has been touched by Seb’s music, generosity, or good-natured spirit.
