Sean P Roberts has lived in Kennewick, WA his entire life. Over the years, his struggle with fentanyl addiction led him to lose the support of family and friends, and eventually forced him onto the streets. Life became a daily battle for survival, and his addiction resulted in several stints in jail. Now, Sean has reached rock bottom, but Benton County has offered him a final chance to turn his life around through rehabilitation.

Sean will soon be sent to a rehab center in Spokane, WA for a 30-day program to help him break free from addiction. After rehab, he’ll spend a year at the Oxford House in Kennewick, where he’ll be drug tested daily and required to find a job and pay restitution. This opportunity means everything to Sean—he’s deeply grateful to Benton County for giving him a path forward. His greatest hopes are to rebuild relationships with his family and friends, live a normal life, and pursue his dream of becoming a licensed barber.
