Hello everybody,

As y’all know, I have been traveling as much as I can to see my son & his family as much as possible. Him being 6500 miles away, wouldn’t be easy on anyone. But there is a much deeper reason(s) for traveling these past few months, as much as I have which I would like to share.

See, I lost him 25 years ago under some extremely difficult circumstances that happened between me and my Ex, and we all know how those types of seasons can go, with all due respect. Not going to get into that area of my life but, it’s been hard and truly a blessing at the same time. Finally, after all these years, I got to see my boy, I got to see him become a Man.

As some of you know, he now lives in Japan with his family, with his 3-year old boy. He and his wife are expecting a daughter at the end of May and yes, we are excited! I cannot wait!

Recently, I have had 3 major surgeries, which have put me out of work. Two full hip replacements and one spine surgery, it’s been interesting but never thought that there would come a day that I could never run again but only when its an emergency! Kinda crazy but true! This means work has been a challenge. My problem, indeed.

I am returning to work very soon, and once I do, I won't be able to travel for a very long time.

I am missing my son, so very much! I even sold my truck to accumulate funds for my past travel, to hold my son once more. We have so much catching up still to do after being away from each other for most of his life.
