Support for Sean’s Recovery Journey & Family Needs: From Kidney Failure to Stroke Recovery
Sean is a genuinely kind-hearted, generous, and hardworking man—someone who has always shown up for others, even in the most difficult of times. Despite his own need and the needs of his family, he has ALWAYS stretched himself to help others without expecting anything in return. Now, it’s our turn to show up for him. To help him hold on and stand during this most daunting and challenging season of his life.
After spending most of his life believing one man was his father, Sean made a life-altering discovery: another man was his biological dad. In an emotional and unexpected turn, he was able to meet his birth father—who had no idea Sean existed. Their time together was brief but meaningful, as within a little over a year of meeting, Sean learned he was in kidney failure and urgently needed a transplant. Tragically, his biological father passed away shortly after.
Despite undergoing a transplant and facing enormous emotional and physical hurdles, Sean remained strong. But in September 2024, his new kidney was rejected, forcing him onto dialysis. Even while enduring these treatments, Sean continued to work and provide for his family, never allowing his condition to define him.
However, about two months ago, Sean’s health took a sharp decline. He began experiencing heart complications and ultimately suffered a stroke. He now faces serious challenges—his strength is diminished, his speech is affected, and he is no longer able to work consistently or support his family as he once did.
This fundraiser is to help cover:
• Ongoing medical treatments and medications
• Daily living expenses (mortgage, utilities, food)
• Transportation for dialysis and rehab
• Support for his family during this uncertain time
Sean has always given his ALL to those around him. Let’s return the love and help him navigate this incredibly difficult season with the dignity and care he deserves.
Any amount you can give—no matter how small—makes a difference. And if you’re not able to give, please consider sharing this fundraiser with others.
Thank you for your compassion, prayers, and support.
