Help Sean Rebuild After His Car Crash

Hey, if you’re reading this-first of all; thank you. Whether you decide to help out or not, you’re likely someone who knows me personally and clicking on this or sharing it shows you care and I truly appreciate it. Second; please don’t donate if you’re struggling financially in the slightest. I was recently in an accident in my old 97 Tacoma while on my way to play in Gran Targhee, WY. While the winter conditions were fierce, and the early morning still dark, I was cut off by a grey sedan while in the left lane, passing the first Mountain Home exit. Unfortunately, I had to brake to avoid hitting them, losing control after hitting a bump in the process. I began sliding sideways following the sedan at 60mph, unable to correct and crashing into the median where my truck rolled onto my passenger side, breaking 3 of my windows on my camper shell, a portion of my windshield, passenger side mirror, and rendering my passenger door useless until replaced. Luckily I’m alright thanks to my seatbelt, but said sedan didn’t stop so I was unable to get any insurance aid due to my liability grade insurance. Although I told the police of the sedan, I’ve yet to hear anything of them tracking them down. I had to borrow 400$ to pay the tow truck, spend my last 50$ on parts&oil, fix what i could and limp home. I’ve had since the day this happened; December 27th to reflect on my situation. My main income sources are playing music, and Amazon Flex during our slow season(now). Both require a safe vehicle with weather sealed cargo areas, what my truck is now lacking. I set the goal at 5,000$, and even if I don’t receive anything I’ll find a way to keep playing. I plan to buy an affordable wagon or SUV to get me through this winter until I fix my truck(again), and anything helps. I hope everyone had a gear holiday season, and an even better 2025!
