Sean was involved in a serious motorcycle accident while riding with a buddy. There were no stunts or reckless behavior involved—it was an accident caused by loose gravel/sand from an ice storm on the road. (We believe)

Sean’s bike was completely totaled, and he is now facing a long recovery with the possibility of losing his right leg not off the table. He is unable to work for the foreseeable future.

The other rider involved does not have insurance, and Sean only had liability coverage. While Sean does have medical insurance (at least for now), there are co-pays & deductibles, a $20,000 bike that is totaled, and his income during recovery will be nonexistent.

Sean’s family lives in different states, and we have to travel and take time off work to be with him, as he is alone besides new friends & the riding community in Texas.
