My brother and sister-in-law, Sean and Nicole Murray, lost their townhouse in a devastating fire on Sunday, 2/23/25. It's a total loss. Their home was only insured for what they paid for their home, even though they had made numerous improvements since they purchased it in 2017. Improvments they made to welcome many of you...their family, friends and neighbors for holidays, parties and in any time of need.

We all know how home prices have almost tripled over the last few years, and so have building materials.
