One year ago in January Sean and Aja quit their bartending careers and took a leap of faith to start MoonFazed.
Just two months later Covid shutdowns began and life became even harder for small buissnesses everywhere.
Somehow MoonFazed survived their first year, each month finding a way to pay rent even with the instability that Covid brought them.
They were blessed to have a house large enough to sustain their buissness.
The entire garage was converted into a workshop where everything they make was created, from Screen Printed T-shirts to giant stage art. Their home was what made buissness possible.
On January 16th, 2021 they got rejected for their 4th lease term in their home. The owner no longer wanted them living there.
They must vacate their home by February 28th, 2021.
Being such a small buissness they have no real proof of income for a new place, and upon searching have found there isnt anything near the size of their old home in the same price range.
Money has been so tight that they cant afford to register their cars, let alone move into a new home.
They have applied and been denied for every type of government assistance they can find, from PUA, Unemployment, the CARES act and beyond.
Facing the loss of their business and a place to call home they are reaching out for help.
MoonFazed mission is to spread love into the community and bring people together.
