Hi everyone, my name is Sean.

I am fundraising to help cover the costs of two important assessments that I need but currently cannot afford through my NDIS plan:

An Autism Assessment, to confirm a diagnosis and make sure I can access the right supports.

An Occupational Therapy Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA), which helps document my daily needs and ensures I can receive the right level of NDIS support moving forward.

Right now my Core NDIS funding is running low, and without these assessments I may lose access to the supports that help me live more independently and improve my quality of life.

These assessments are a vital step toward understanding my needs better and getting the help I require to reach my goals.
