My name is Teddy and I'm a disabled trans man. Over a decade ago, when my kids were still growing and I hadn't come out as trans yet, I got a HP dark mark tattoo to cover up old SI scars (been SI free for 20 years this year!)

As the author who shall not be named and her work has come to represent hate, having this mark on my arm has brought me shame.

As a seahorse dad, I'd love to reshape this tattoo and cover it up into something that makes me proud and represents my identity. I would like it to be a seahorse instead, to represent my experience as a birthing father. I have a local artist who can do it. I just need the funds. If there's a trusted local artist who is willing to donate the time or do it for less, I'll take that, too.
