Hi, my name is Sea Smoke. I was saved by my owner who kept seeing me every morning in the city of Baltimore at a gas station. I became very skinny and hungry because my previous owner had left me stranded since they couldn't take care of me. I have found a new home where I am very loved, and I get all the cuddles, petting, treats, and sleep that I could ever want, especially after a big meal. I know I went from being very skinny on the verge of death to being chunky and happy!

Recently, I have been having pain in my stomach, and it's been hard to get to my litter box, so I've been peeing on the floor, which is not like me at all! My owners have been confused. And last night, I'm afraid it took a turn for the worse; I saw blood in my pee, and now my owners are terrified. They know the grave danger for an old man like me to have this problem. I overheard their conversation about just having to pay a lot of money for new brakes, rotors, and tires for the car, and they are afraid they will not be able to cover the cost of getting me the help I need. On top of that, the man who found me is in the middle of trying to buy us all a house! Oh, did I mention he also adopted a family that lost their house in a fire and took on taking care of them too! I know he is trying his best to hold everything together, but with a little bit of your help, maybe we can make it a bit easier on him. Any help would do, for it's a blessing in itself from God to have kind humans like yourself.
