Goofy haircut and THE cone. I hatesez it!!

My name is Scottie Oban and I’m a survivor.. I was found hiding under a car in a scary BIG parking lot in the rain 9 years ago. My new family saved me.

Recently I had to have emergency surgery that was very expensive. My Mom and Dad are retired, but they still chose to save me no matter what! They paid for my life with their savings, and I am so grateful ! I humbly ask if you could you please help us out with a donation?
