Hi y'all! Life has been all too hectic recently, and I am unfortunately at the point of turning to gofundme. On July 10th 2021, I broke my fifth metatarsal in my right foot. This injury left me completely unable to work. Unfortunately, this fracture happened off the clock, and because of this my job couldn't offer me any financial assistance during my time of recovery at all.

Since my fracture, I have exhausted every last bit of my savings account, and although I was fortunate to have savings to begin with, my medical bills have piled up. My podiatrist says that I have 6-8 more weeks until I am fully recovered and ready to walk again without the support of a boot. This normally would be great news (an end in sight!), but 6-8 weeks is roughly $480 of copays through my insurance. So now I'm left with no savings, a nearly maxed out credit card, and medical bills still adding up plus the general cost of living.

If you are able to help out at all, I would be forever grateful. I honestly hate that my financial position has come to this, but turning to my community is the only thing I can think to do at this point.
