Help Scott with Medical Leave

Hi my name is Joanna Swear, Scott Swear is my father. About a month ago he was diagnosed with Rectal Cancer. Ever since that day he has been out of work and doing everything that can be done to get treatment started so he can beat this horrible disease. Thankfully he was able to get an appt. in to see a specialist at one of the best hospitals for Cancer treatment, MD Anderson in Houston, TX, which he is leaving for this week to start this long road ahead. If anyone can give him the best care then it will definitely be them. Many people know my dad and if you know him you know he will do anything to help anyone no matter what it is. No matter the time or day he is the person to call if you don't know how to get the job done. Thankfully my dad had insurance but despite that there is still a lot of extra out of pocket expenses he has had to stress about as well as having to worry about making sure he has a place to stay when he goes back and forth to Houston for treatment. I know he has a lot of people all over that loves him and I really hope you all can help out in any way you can, because I know he would do the same for the people he calls his friends and loves. It doesn't have to be money, I know a lot of his friends travel a lot and get points for staying at hotels, transferring some points into his name to help out while he is staying in Houston would be a great gift. Any way you can help would be appreciated. I know he will probably throw a fit for me creating this page but I don't care, he deserves people to show up for him like he does for so many others. So please do what you can help ease his mind just a little so he can heal and get back to being the person we all need so much! Thank you so much!!!
