Hi everyone, I’m fundraising for my aunt Lynn and uncle Scott to raise money for Scott’s medical bills and other living expenses while he is laid up recovering from his injuries. Lynn and Scott live in Wellsboro PA, where they own and operate DLS Base 8x Outfitters, and Stony Fork Hunts. As a farmer, most of their work and income has now come to a stand-still. While Scott is recovering from his injury’s, his son Basil, wife Lynn, and members of the community are coming together to help with work, and essential care needed for Scott.
This past weekend while Scott was driving his tractor, he was ran off the road by a family who was driving a golf cart recklessly. Which resulted in him rolling the tractor and getting thrown off it. The family left him at the scene of the accident leaving him there suffering. He suffered numerous life threatening injuries, but it is currently in recovery.
If anyone of you know Scott VanVliet, you know that he is a very hard working and caring man. He will do anything for anyone. What happened to him is very unfortunate but hopefully with the help of others he can make a quick recovery and return to doing what he loves, which is taking care of his family❤️
