My name is Scott Moline. I need help - and I need it fast. AHCCCS put a $18,500 lien on the house. Last year my Mother went into a nursing home. She passed in December.

I spent the whole summer trying to secure funding for her and paying $2000 a month out of pocket. She was only in the home for four months. Now AHCCCS Wants their money back. Every step of the way I asked the admin at the nursing home if this was a possibility. I was assured it could never happen. Now I am just trying to keep myself and Mom’s ( now my ) dogs Sophie and Zoe from being homeless.

I would be grateful for any help.
