Scott Cluthe, is the victim of  4 Severe Strokes, (2 brain stem strokes) on July 2nd leaving him in need of a tremendous amount of Rehab
therapies and care.  WE DESPERATELY NEED HELP FUNDING for him to continue to receive care and treatment.  In addition to Caregivers, Scott needs Intensive Specialized Speech Therapy to get his Voice Back.
