Hi, Scott is on the heart transplant list after being diagnosed with heart trouble. We have great insurance, however, we still will need to pay co-pays, parking, gas, and other medical expenses.  Scott looks like he will be spending a lot of time in the hospital.  We need this right away, as we do not know when Scott will get his call.
