My name is Donna High and I am starting this campaign for our amazing friend Scott Housel. Scott is one of my favorite people and would do anything for anyone if he could. On Wednesday Sept 22, 2021 Scott suffered a devastating stroke. He had immediate brain surgery but has been left with some deficits. Scott is a true fighter and we all know that he will work hard to overcome this but he NEEDS our help!

Scott served our country in the U.S Army for 8 1\2 years with deployments to Iraq. He loves his country and is an incredibly hard worker. He adores his girlfriend Leanne and lives with her and their beloved dogs. Scott is a contractor with a local landscaping company and the main bread winner for their family. He does not have medical insurance and is facing weeks in the hospital and a long road with rehabilitation so will be unable to work.

Scott loves to play golf and will participate in charity golf tournaments whenever he can. He loves to help his community and one of his favorite golf tournaments is the River Ridge High School Football Golf Tournament. He has participated in this tournament since it started and made sure to sign up each year.

Scott has made sacrifices for his country and loves his community, now is the time that we can all help him!
