Help Scott Get Therapies When He Gets Home

Hi -

Scott Bloomfield had a stroke caused by endocarditis on August 27th 2021. He had open heart surgery 5 days later to replace an aortic valve. He's now at K&C Harvey Ward receiving stroke rehabilitation.

When Scott comes home we want to continue to help him rehabilitate and we believe this needs to be a sustained program of exercise and physiotherapy for at least two years. He will have some adaptations made to the house which will be funded by the NHS but we envisage needing other equipment/modifications to make his life as comfortable as possible.
